A Broken Too Solid

Too bad we are not all saints, at all. The cracking sound of friendship is astounding. Little do we know the cracker of that unfathomable fissures.  Yet do something so unbreakable can be destroyed by an entity so minute? The minute can be no minute at all. When it's done the magnifying of trivial can be lethal -- this I know. And the resonance echoing inside lingers its thumping thunder, my hearts dreads the end. Why, the relationship claimed being immortal, now suffers the scythe of the death? Did the unheard promises be genuine at its birthbed? Had we known the consequences, can it be prevented? Or was it too solid to prevent its own perishing, that it was as fragile as its solidness? This many questions do I ponder. Then -- just hope -- when time comes, as mortal as we can be, we are able to strive enough for the unspoken covenant, that the silenced immortality can truly be testified.
